As an SM2 Digital Security, Investigative and Forensic expert and strategic partner, Mr. Coward creates and implements strategic digital background, crisis, and tactical plans for Social Media Sports Management (SM2). SM2 protects and maximizes valuable sports brands through digital, social media and real-time communications strategies, coaching, education, empowerment and teams.
Mr. Coward is a former Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). His law enforcement and private career has spanned 49-years with extensive investigative experience both as an Agent with the FBI and the Owner & President of two worldwide Security Corporations in the private sector including assignments in the U.S., Mexico, Asia, Europe, Australia, South America & Africa.
During his FBI career, he was appointed as the Deputy Legal Attaché of the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, Japan, Republic of Korea & Taiwan having responsibility for criminal, civil and security investigations in Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Additionally and during his tenure as the FBI’s Legal Attaché’ he has coordinated security & briefing matters with coaches and players from the NFL, NBA and other sports dignitaries visiting Tokyo, Japan such as the NBA Dream Team and the NFL Tokyo Bowl participating teams with distinction during his entire tenure in Japan.
As a U.S. Diplomat, he advised U.S. Ambassadors and Embassy Section Heads regarding investigative and intelligence matters affecting U.S. foreign relations. Liaison was with U.S. and foreign government officials, presidents and CEO’s of multi-national corporations resulting in a worldwide network of information sources.
Mr. Coward, Jr., is also the founder and president of Investigative Services International (ISI) Corporation Headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii and Chairman and Senior Partner of Global Perceptions, LLC Headquartered in Delaware both corporations providing security services to its clients worldwide.
