Jessica Gerski, Business Development & Success Partner
Jessica Gerski is a business development and success partner for SM2 and their clients. In her role with SM2, she identifies trendsetting growth opportunities within the professional and collegiate sports. As a member of the business development team she researches strategic integration, unique tactical marketing strategies and implements new market opportunities within the sports communities.
As a success partner, Jessica ensures that SM2 meets and exceeds the highest caliber of service and obligations for SM2’s partners. Alongside the SM2 business success teams, she is committed to delivering unparalleled customer experience for the company’s partners.
As a former student-athlete and coach, Jessica joined the SM2 from Rubin Postaer and Associates (RPA) where she served within the public relations department. At RPA, she was active within the digital strategies team, PR, marketing and events departments. She also collaborated closely with multiple departments to produce the very best internal and external products for RPA clients.
A former Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Mount Saint Mary’s University, Jessica continues to mentor 100s of youth soccer athletes. With a heart of lead and serve, she is spearheading the development of SM2’s youth sports initiatives.
As an NCAA Division II women’s soccer goal keeper, Jessica was part of the 2011 Women’s Soccer National Champion and Division II Women’s Soccer All Tournament Teams as well as the 2012 Division II Women’s Soccer Semi Finals.
